• 5+ years of experience in marketing, marketing operations, and project management, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Advanced expertise in HubSpot (Marketing, Sales, Service, and CMS Hubs) and strong proficiency in marketing automation technologies.
• Hands-on experience building AI-assisted marketing workflows (e.g., predictive lead scoring, AI content tools, chatbots, or personalization).
• Strong analytical and statistical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Advanced database management and data visualization skills.
• Solid understanding of customer journey mapping and business processes.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects at once.

Aufgaben

• Design and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company objectives, target markets, and healthcare IT industry trends.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to define marketing goals, KPIs, and budgets.
• Design and implement AI-powered workflows for lead scoring, content generation, audience segmentation, chatbots, and campaign personalization.
• Evaluate and integrate AI tools into the marketing stack with clear guidelines for quality and HIPAA-conscious data use.
• Apply statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and attribution modeling to forecast pipeline and measure channel effectiveness.
• Design and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across emails, landing pages, and website experiences.
• Manage HubSpot (Marketing, Sales, Service, and CMS Hubs), including automation workflows, processes, and data hygiene.
• Analytics reports and dashboards in HubSpot to track KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI.
• Build and manage email marketing program from segmentation to execution.
• Improve forms, templates, landing pages, and website experiences to increase conversion rates and lead generation.
• Manage marketing operations projects from initiation to completion, tracking progress, risks, and bottlenecks.
