Job summary

Dolead is hiring a freelance Marketing Operations Project Manager to support growth. You’ll be at the intersection of ops, design and experimentation, partnering with paid, data and client teams to keep setups clean and tests running.

Freelance — Full remote (Europe, ±2h from France). You’ll manage multiple client launches in agile mode, set up AB tests, analyze performance, and propose improvements to conversion funnels while working with technical teams on the LP builder.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in Digital Marketing and/or Webdesign.
• Marketing expertise across the full funnel.
• Expertise in Landing Pages design/management.
• Strong project management abilities to coordinate teams.

Responsibilities

• Work with internal tools to ensure correct operational configuration of customers.
• Create Landing Pages with internal Page Builder and suggest improvements.
• Manage and monitor client launches and KPIs.
• Set up AB testing and analyze data to optimize performance.
• Act as cross-functional project manager for all client launches (agile; ClickUp).
• Propose and implement ideas to improve conversion funnels and analyze channels.
• Collaborate with technical teams to improve the LP builder interface.
