You will craft design, copy, website content, email campaigns, paid advertising and more across channels, applying solid marketing fundamentals and strong design sense.

You will work directly on polished materials, measure outcomes, and leverage AI tools judiciously to enhance speed and quality.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality design, marketing or creative work.
• Excellent design and visual communication skills; capable of creating polished materials.
• Fluency in written English with solid copywriting foundation.
• Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals and customer decision processes.
• Comfortable working with websites, email marketing, paid advertising and other digital marketing tools.
• Ability to interpret marketing data and use it to inform decisions.
• Experience using AI effectively while applying sound judgement and technical skills.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to communicate openly and follow through on commitments.

Responsibilities

• Own BBG's marketing function from problem understanding to execution and evaluation.
• Produce polished materials across design, copy, digital, print and media channels.
• Execute campaigns across channels (website, email, paid ads, print, radio) and measure outcomes.
• Apply marketing fundamentals to inform strategy and decisions; use AI to accelerate work while ensuring quality.
• Continually learn and adapt; contribute to faster, more consistent marketing outputs.
