You will craft strategy, execute campaigns across platforms such as XAds and Meta Ads, monitor performance with analytics, and report KPIs and ROI, while collaborating with the team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in running online advertising campaigns (XAds, Meta Ads; Web3 ads a plus).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and growth strategies.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to apply PDCA cycles effectively.
• Familiarity with blockchain/Web3 projects is a plus.
• Excellent reporting and communication skills.
