Job summary

The role covers KPI scorecards across locations, tracking spend, leads, conversions, revenue, CPL and CPA, pulling data from Meta Ads Manager and lead aggregators, and reconciling results with location managers.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel.
• Attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Experience with marketing and advertising data.
• Ability to navigate dashboards and export data.
• Good written communication and follow-up skills.
• Self-directed and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
• Understanding of CPL, CPA, and ROAS preferred.
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager or multi-location businesses is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the marketing KPI scorecard across multiple locations and lead sources.
• Track marketing spend, leads, conversions, revenue, CPL, and CPA.
• Pull data from Meta Ads Manager, lead aggregator platforms, and other sources.
• Collect conversion and revenue data from location managers.
• Reconcile data and investigate inconsistencies or unusual results.
• Monitor budget pacing and marketing performance trends.
• Prepare a concise monthly report highlighting key performance changes and insights.
• Follow up with managers to ensure reporting data is complete and accurate.
• Maintain consistent campaign and lead-source naming conventions.
