Candidates should have strong listening and note-taking skills, at least two years of interpretation experience, and the ability to convey concepts accurately according to established protocols. Remote onboarding and flexible scheduling are offered.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• At least 2 years of interpretation experience.
• Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking skills.
• Ability to render concepts according to interpretation protocols and avoid omissions or additions.
• Ability to explain cultural concepts when needed to avoid miscommunication.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls professionally, following the interpreter's code of conduct.
• Be familiar with industry-specific vocabulary, especially healthcare terminology.
• Participate in internal professional training.
• Communicate and report to your team leader.
