Job summary

BlackLabel VP is building a pool of experienced Logistics Coordinators for upcoming U.S. freight opportunities. This remote, night-shift role requires hands-on work with US-based freight brokerages and 3PLs, using DAT Load Board and Truckstop to source carriers and negotiate freight rates.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of U.S. freight brokerage experience and are capable of load booking, carrier sourcing, and dispatch coordination.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years in a U.S.-based freight brokerage or 3PL.
Proficient in DAT Load Board and Truckstop.
Experience in load booking, carrier sourcing, and rate negotiation.

Responsibilities

Source and secure reliable carrier capacity using DAT Load Board and Truckstop.
Negotiate competitive freight rates while maintaining profitability.
Manage load booking, dispatch coordination, and shipment execution.
Monitor shipments from pickup through final delivery.
Proactively address delays, service failures, and operational exceptions.
Maintain clear communication with carriers, customers, and internal teams.
Accurately update shipment information in the Transportation Management System (TMS).
Build and maintain professional relationships with carriers and customers.
Ensure timely execution of freight operations and adherence to client service expectations.
