Job summary

MultiplyMii is seeking an experienced Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own email and SMS marketing across its health education and e-commerce offerings. You will craft customer journeys, optimize automation, and drive engagement, retention, and revenue.

Collaborating with marketing, creative, and external partners, you will implement segmentation, A/B testing, and analytics to deliver measurable business impact in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of lifecycle, email, and SMS marketing experience.
• Hands-on Klaviyo experience including SMS compliance.
• Experience with HubSpot including SMS marketing and compliance.
• Expertise in lifecycle strategy, segmentation, and personalization.
• Proven ability to build and optimize marketing automation workflows.
• Strong data analytics to interpret marketing performance.
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
• Experience supporting e-commerce businesses.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize lifecycle email and SMS strategies across units.
• Develop journeys to boost engagement, retention, CLV, and revenue.
• Build and manage automated marketing workflows from acquisition to retention.
• Create campaign calendars for launches, promotions, webinars, and evergreen content.
• Develop advanced segmentation and personalized messaging strategies.
• Build and optimize automation: welcome, nurture, cart abandonment, post-purchase, upsell.
• Conduct ongoing A/B tests on messaging, timing, offers, CTAs, segments.
• Monitor performance and provide analytics-based recommendations.
• Build dashboards and report on key email/SMS KPIs.
• Manage Klaviyo and HubSpot marketing platforms.
• Collaborate across marketing, creative, paid media, and partners.
• Stay current on lifecycle marketing trends and tech.
