BruntWork in the Philippines is seeking a Licensed Attorney to join as Senior Paralegal supporting a U.S.-based law firm. You will deliver high‑level paralegal support, research, drafting, and case management directly to US attorneys and managing partners.

This remote, full-time role requires a JD or equivalent, active bar admission, and strong English communication. A quiet home office, fast internet, and current computer setup are essential.

Qualifications

• JD or equivalent law degree and active bar admission.
• Dedicated home office with reliable internet and backup plan.
• Modern computer setup and dual-monitor capability preferred.
• 2-3 years of active legal practice or senior paralegal experience with US firms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth legal research on US law using Westlaw or LexisNexis.
• Draft pleadings, motions, subpoenas, briefs, and contracts.
• Prepare memos, case summaries, and deposition summaries.
• Manage case files, calendars, and electronic filings for US attorneys.
