Job summary

Purely Optimal Inc. in Manila is hiring an experienced Amazon Virtual Assistant to manage inventory, sourcing, and forecasting across Amazon FBA. You will monitor stock levels, predict demand, coordinate reorders, and track expiration dates to maximize sales and minimize waste.

Experience with Helium10 and data-driven decision making is preferred, and familiarity with TikTok Shop or Facebook Ads is a plus. The role offers flexible remote work and opportunities to grow with a fast‑growing

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inventory management and product sourcing experience for Amazon FBA Private Label.
• Proficiency in inventory forecasting tools; experience with Helium10.
• Strong understanding of sales trends and seasonality and how to integrate into inventory strategies.
• Experience with supplements or gated products is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Product Sourcing: Source and restock products to meet demand, ensuring supply aligns with forecasting models.
• Inventory Analytics & Forecasting: Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand using Helium10; track sales trends and seasonality.
• Spreadsheet & Reporting Mastery: Build and maintain spreadsheets to track inventory and generate reports highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Expiration Management: Track expiration dates and coordinate with marketing to prioritize items nearing expiration.
• Sales Channel Impact: Anticipate how new channels (TikTok Shop, Facebook Ads) shift demand and adjust reordering.
• Proactive Reordering: Set reorder points and monitor supplier lead times to prevent stockouts/overstock.
• Inventory Reporting: Deliver reports on inventory status and forecasted needs.
• Helium10 Platform Management: Manage Helium10 for inventory planning and learn quickly if not experienced.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, ads, and operations to align inventory planning.
