Job summary

EDGE Tutor International is seeking a Kids Premium ESL Tutor to teach online, 1-on-1 lessons with children aged 5–15. This part-time, work-from-home role offers a PM shift (5pm–10pm PHT) and an hourly rate of Php 180–200, with potential bonuses. No ESL experience is required, but a bachelor's degree and TESOL/TEFL certification are preferred.

A Philippine bank account is needed for payroll. Candidates should have strong English proficiency and at least 6 months of experience with children.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience teaching and working with children
• Strong spoken English proficiency
• Bachelor's degree (any 4-year course)
• TESOL/TEFL Certificate (120 hrs+) or willingness to obtain one
• Philippine bank account for payroll purposes

Responsibilities

• Teach 1-on-1 online ESL lessons with children aged 5–15
• Deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons using provided materials
• Maintain a positive, child-friendly teaching environment
• Manage schedules: 5pm–10pm PHT, part-time hours
• Collaborate with EDGE team for student progress and feedback
