Job summary

EDGE Tutor International is hiring a Kids Online ESL Tutor for a PM shift with work-from-home arrangements. Earn PHP 180–200 per hour plus bonuses, teaching children aged 5–15 in a 1-on-1 format with flexible scheduling (5pm–10pm PHT).

Minimum requirements include a bachelor’s degree, TESOL/TEFL (120 hrs+), and at least 6 months experience with children. Global region, part-time role, with a supportive onboarding program.

Qualifications

• 6 months minimum experience teaching and working with children (online or offline).
• TESOL/TEFL certificate or willingness to obtain one.
• Strong spoken English proficiency assessed during screening.

Responsibilities

• Deliver online 1-on-1 Kids Premium ESL lessons to children aged 5–15.
• Follow provided lesson materials and engage students using interactive techniques.
• Maintain reliable attendance, quality of instruction, and positive rapport with learners.
