EDGE Tutor International is hiring a Kids Online ESL Tutor for PM shift with work-from-home setup. You will deliver structured English lessons to children aged 4–12 using ready-made materials and supportive teams.

We require 2+ years of teaching kids, a 4-year degree, and TESOL/TEFL certification (120 hours) or willingness to complete one. This is a part-time, remote role with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• University graduate (any 4-year course).
• Bachelor's diploma and Transcript of Records (TOR).
• TESOL or TEFL certificate (120 hours), or willingness to complete one.
• At least 2 years of experience teaching children, online or in-person.
• Strong spoken English proficiency.
• Genuine enthusiasm for working with young learners.
• Philippine bank account for payroll.

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured, interactive English lessons using ready-made materials.
• Teach one-on-one and small group classes with young learners aged 4–12.
• Use props, Total Physical Response (TPR), and hands‑on techniques to keep kids engaged.
• Give clear, constructive feedback to track student progress.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and encouraging online classroom.
• Submit class reports and documentation accurately and on time.
