Job summary

Inchcape Digital is hiring a Junior MLOps Engineer to join the Data Analytics Platform team. You will design and optimize scalable ML pipelines using Azure Databricks, orchestrate data flows with Azure Data Factory, and maintain CI/CD practices for reliable deployments.

You will deploy and monitor production ML models, lead retraining workflows, and collaborate with stakeholders across the business to deliver impactful AI solutions for a global automotive organization.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years hands-on AI/ML engineering and deployment experience.
• Experience with production ML model deployment and monitoring.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize scalable ML pipelines and workflows using Azure Databricks.
• Manage end-to-end data orchestration with Azure Data Factory and related services.
• Maintain GitHub repos, code versioning, and CI/CD pipelines for reliable deployments.
• Deploy, monitor, and retrain production ML models to ensure performance and accuracy.
• Lead production deployment of ML solutions with governance and reliability.
