Extenteam is seeking an Offshore Investor Relations and Treasury Specialist to support investor relations and treasury tasks with a data-driven mindset. The role requires working across multiple data sources and coordinating with U.S.-based accounting and asset management teams.

The successful candidate will act as the main point of contact for about 1,500 investors, prepare monthly partner lists and unit counts, and help manage a large set of bank accounts while ensuring accuracy and timely

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with investor-focused mindset.
• Strong data and reporting skills.
• Proficient in Excel, including formulas like SUM, VLOOKUP, and PivotTables.
• Excellent written and spoken communication for investor interactions.

Responsabilités

• Serve as main point of contact for approximately 1,500 investors.
• Prepare monthly reports including partner lists and unit counts.
• Oversee housing assistance payment request updates.
• Assist opening/closing and maintaining 400+ bank accounts.
