Job summary

iSupport Worldwide is seeking a Fund Accounting & Investor Operations Specialist. The role focuses on investor onboarding, subscriptions, fund accounting, capital activity, and distributions using InvestNext, AIM, and QuickBooks Online.

You will support capital raises, capital calls, waterfall calculations, reconciliations, and investor reporting while coordinating with a US-based team and ensuring accurate records and compliant processes.

Qualifications

2–5+ years of experience in fund accounting or related field.
Hands-on with investor platforms like InvestNext/AIM.
Experience supporting onboarding, capital raises, distributions, waterfall calculations, and reporting.

Responsibilities

Execute workflows in InvestNext and AIM, including subscription docs and capital raises.
Prepare and audit investor distributions; maintain investor records.
Record and reconcile fund transactions in QuickBooks Online or similar systems.
Build Excel audit models to validate calculations; support with investor reporting.
Collaborate with US-based team for review and final approvals.
Draft client communications and maintain workflow documentation.
