Job summary

DigiChakra360 is offering a Talent Management Intern (Remote) position. You’ll gain hands-on experience in influencer marketing by researching creators, building partnerships, managing campaigns, and working with real brands.

The internship runs 3 months with target-based incentives of ₹2,000–₹5,000 per month and a potential full-time path up to ₹3 LPA. You’ll be mentored by leadership, transition into roles like Creator Partnerships Executive, and tailor campaigns for live brands.

Qualifications

• Interest in influencer marketing, creators, and digital branding.
• Experience or interest in outreach and creator management.
• Willingness to research and shortlist creators based on niche, audience, engagement, and brand fit.

Responsibilities

• Research and shortlist creators based on niche, audience, engagement, content, and brand fit.
• Reach out to creators through Instagram, Email, WhatsApp & Creator Platforms.
• Build creator relationships, conduct follow-ups, and qualify talent for campaigns.
• Coordinate creator onboarding, deliverables, posting schedules, and campaign communication.
• Track creator performance including reach, views, engagement, likes, comments & saves.
• Maintain creator databases and support campaign reporting.
