Job summary

Coconut is seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join our remote team. You will design, execute, and maintain test plans across web, mobile, and backend systems, and collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure high-quality releases.

This full-time role requires 4+ years of hands-on QA experience, strong documentation skills, and experience in Agile environments with Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, and Postman.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on QA experience with test case creation and defect management.
• Experience in Agile environments with SDLC and QA tools like Jira, TestRail, or Zephyr.
• Strong communication skills and ability to document bugs clearly and collaborate with developers.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts across web, mobile, and backend systems.
• Perform manual and automated testing across functional, regression, integration, and exploratory cycles where applicable.
• Identify edge cases, usability issues, and defects; document with enough detail for reproduction.
