Job summary

N-iX is building a federated IAM capability and seeks an experienced Programme Lead to own the IAM Target Operating Model and platform delivery across portfolio companies. You will lead a two-analyst and three-engineer team, set direction, manage integration workstreams and drive governance and controls in production.

In the first year you will deliver the IAM platform in production, complete onboarding of essential applications, and establish evidence cadence for controls and audits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IAM, information security, governance or risk领域 and lead or ownership experience
• Delivery of IAM or control function initiatives where none existed
• Experience with IAM program governance, risk and audits

Responsibilities

• Lead a project team of IAM analysts and integration engineers, setting direction and priorities.
• Own delivery of the IAM platform implementation: scope, plan, milestones, budget and dependencies.
• Translate IAM requirements into platform configuration and own decisions where misalignment occurs.
• Own application onboarding across the portfolio: sequencing, testing and cutover.
• Manage the commercial relationship post-signature, including licences and changes.
• Report progress, risks and decisions to steering committees and executives.
