Job summary

AIA Digital+ is seeking a senior IAM leader to oversee IAM infrastructure operations, ensuring policy compliance across Windows Server, Linux/Unix, AS400, and databases. You will govern access provisioning, privileged access, and audit remediation while driving automation and standardization.

You will guide incident response, root cause analysis, and cross-team collaboration with security, infrastructure, and audit teams to enhance IAM controls and process maturity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field; security/IAM certifications are a plus.
• 5+ years in Information Security with 2+ years in IAM or security leadership.
• Experience managing IAM operations across enterprise infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM infrastructure operations and ensure policy compliance.
• Provide governance for access provisioning and least-privilege controls.
• Oversee onboarding, reviews, and audit remediation for IAM.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and audit teams to align practices.
