eClerx LLC in Manila (Muntinlupa City) is seeking a Senior Analyst for NA Accounts Receivable. The role is replacement-based, hybrid with WFM/WIO, and supports AR activities across US shifts. 2–3 years of AR experience and a college degree are required.

You will handle posting and applying payments, aging and reconciliations, and AR metrics while collaborating with sales and customer service to resolve billing issues. Induction ASAP.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR).
• College graduate with relevant degree or diploma.
• Able to work in US shift/timezone for APJ/EMEA/US combination.

Responsibilities

• Post cash, checks, EFTs, ACH payments, wire transfers, and credit card payments into the accounting system.
• Ensure payments are applied correctly to customer accounts and invoices.
• Monitor AR transactions for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Prepare aging reports, reconciliations, and collection forecasts.
• Investigate discrepancies in customer accounts, invoices, and payments.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service to resolve billing issues.
• Track AR metrics (DSO, delinquency, cash collection).
• Support month-end/year-end closing with AR data.
• Suggest process improvements to reduce outstanding receivables.
• Assist in credit risk assessments and customer reviews.
