Job summary

Dover Business Services in Cebu City, Philippines, is seeking an Analyst for Accounts Receivable - Cash Application on a fixed-term basis. The role requires handling remittances, reconciling cash and bank activities, and supporting AR processes in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have a finance-related degree and at least 1 year of cash application or AR experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Oracle. Hybrid work setup in Cebu City is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Management or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in cash application or AR.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel; SharePoint a plus.
• Experience with Oracle system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply cash to customer accounts based on remittance advice accurately and timely.
• Process and monitor customer credit exposure and overdue accounts.
• Track ServiceNow tickets and ensure timely resolution.
• Perform bank reconciliations and balance funds weekly and monthly.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects within AR processes.
