Job summary

Outsourced is seeking a detail-oriented Fund Accountant to support hedge funds and private equity funds, focusing on NAV calculations, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

You will work remotely from the Philippines, with a night shift from 9 PM to 6 AM; equipment provided. The role offers ongoing exposure to audits and tax workflows and potential for permanent placement based on business needs.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of fund accounting experience.
• Hands-on hedge fund accounting experience.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, NAV calculations, and cash/investment position reconciliations.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with NAV calculations for assigned client portfolios.
• Upload trades for multiple investment vehicles.
• Perform daily cash and investment position reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Support NAV preparation and related audit/tax workbooks.
• Ensure fund income/expenses are accrued per documents.
• Review security prices and reflect corporate actions.
• Prepare investor statements and financial statements.
• Coordinate with clients and auditors for year-end reporting.
