Qualifications

• Direct patient care experience for 2+ years or BPO healthcare voice account handling (members, pre-authorization, benefits, eligibility, claims).
• Good communication skills.
• Open to shifting schedule and graveyard shifts.
• Available to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment & Education: conduct triage and educate patients on managing chronic conditions.
• Care Coordination: liaison between patients and providers, ensure follow-up on recommendations.
• Health Coaching: guide lifestyle modifications to improve health outcomes.
• Documentation: maintain accurate records of consultations and progress.
