Job summary

Thrive Digital is a remote-first digital marketing agency seeking a Business Development Strategist to turn promising conversations into strong client partnerships. You will develop inbound and outbound opportunities, uncover business needs, shape solutions with technical and service specialists, and guide qualified prospects from discovery through onboarding.

As an individual contributor, you’ll own client relationships, sales processes, and Thrive’s client presence.

Qualifications

• Experience in an agency or client-services environment serving e-commerce and demand-gen clients.
• Experience selling digital advertising services into performance marketing or measurement solutions.
• Experience with brands operating across North America and international markets.
• Experience guiding sales or client-growth opportunities through discovery, recommendations, proposals, and onboarding.
• Experience developing opportunities through inbound inquiries, prospecting and outbound outreach, referrals, or growth conversations with existing clients.
• Ability to partner with technical and service specialists to shape recommendations and support client handoffs.

Responsibilities

• Guide onboarding of opportunities, aligning client needs with technical capabilities.
