Qualifications

• 2–4 years hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools for social media content creation.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel / Conversions API setup.
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles including keyword research, on-page optimisation, and content strategy.
• Confident using AI tools (Claude AI and/or Gemini) as part of daily workflow.
• Highly self-directed with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts independently.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and social formats.
• Continuously optimise campaigns for performance including bid strategies, audience targeting, ad copy, and landing page alignment.
• Produce clear, insightful campaign performance reports for clients using GA4 data.
• Create engaging social media content and graphics using Canva or similar tools, aligned to client brand guidelines.
• Support basic SEO tasks including keyword research, on-page recommendations, and content strategy guidance.
• Implement and manage tracking via Google Tag Manager, including conversion tracking for paid platforms and GA4 event setup.
• Work autonomously and take ownership of tasks with minimal supervision, in line with a sole trader business model.
• Use AI tools such as Claude and Gemini to enhance productivity and quality of outputs.
