Job summary

Hunt St Pty Ltd is seeking a Graphic Designer/Tech Pack Specialist in the Philippines for a 100% remote independent contractor role. You will turn concepts into production-ready designs and detailed tech packs for apparel and footwear, aligned with brand direction and client requirements.

The role demands hands-on experience in apparel/footwear design, strong tech-pack creation, and proficiency with Illustrator or Photoshop.

Qualifications

Experience in apparel/footwear design and product development.
Proven ability to create detailed factory tech packs.
Understanding of measurements, materials, and construction.
Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop or similar tools.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong communication and ability to manage multiple deliverables.
Experience working with factories or overseas manufacturers is a plus.

Responsibilities

Create apparel, footwear, bags, headwear designs and production artwork.
Develop detailed tech packs with measurements, specifications, materials, colours, and artwork.
Prepare clear, accurate files for factory production.
Make revisions based on samples, feedback, and production requirements.
Ensure designs follow the client’s brand direction and quality standards.
Manage assigned projects and deliverables within agreed timelines.
Keep design files and product specifications organised and up to date.
