Job summary

Access Offshoring Philippines, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Graphic Designer to create visually compelling designs for print and digital media, with a hospitality focus.

The role requires 3–5 years' experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; Australian English writing skills are valued.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field is desirable.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator.
• Solid understanding of print design, including pre-press and production.
• Strong typography, color theory, and layout skills.
• Ability to take creative direction and work independently as well as in a team.
• Strong writing skills - conversational Australian English.
• Experience working with an Australian company is highly regarded.

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling and engaging designs that resonate with our target audience. Your role will involve working on a variety of projects, including print and digital media, with a strong focus on hospitality-related materials.

The candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills - effective interaction, resourceful, and able to find solutions independently, anticipating challenges and proactively addressing them, can be trusted to handle information, maintain confidentiality, and consistently deliver quality work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute creative concepts for a wide range of print and digital materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, social media graphics, and website visuals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce high-quality designs that align with our brand identity and marketing goals.
