Job summary

Integrated OS is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to own a broad creative workload—from catalogue production to magazine artwork and social content. You will manage briefs, maintain brand consistency, and deliver production-ready files across print and digital media.

The role emphasizes fast, accurate execution, multi-project prioritization, and collaboration with internal teams. Remote-friendly with local Philippines opportunities and potential growth within a growing offshore services

Qualifications

• Advanced Adobe InDesign skills and strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience creating multi-page catalogues, brochures, advertisements, specification sheets, and print-ready materials.
• Proficiency in video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar, including short-form social media content.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, image preparation, and print production.
• Experience designing and exporting assets for social media, EDMs, websites, and digital platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail, proofreading, file organisation, and version control.
• Ability to work independently, manage changing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clarify briefs and requirements.
• Experience with After Effects, motion graphics, captions, or simple animations is an advantage.
• Experience in building products, architecture, construction, interiors, pools, landscaping, or home improvement is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Print, catalogue and sales collateral design and production.
• Update templates with new products, images and content.
• Design magazine advertisements, spec sheets, expo artwork, signage and other marketing materials.
• Prepare press-ready artwork and liaise with stakeholders or suppliers for print specs.
