Lightspeed seeks a Graphic Designer to join the global Brand Team for permanent, work-from-home delivery. You will create on-brand assets for digital and print across campaigns, product marketing, and communications, collaborating with designers, marketers, writers, and managers.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in graphic design or related field, with a focus on digital design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design fundamentals and high-quality work.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, colour, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to seek feedback.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Availability to work European hours (4 pm–1 am PHT).

• Design and produce high-quality creative assets across digital and print channels, including campaigns, presentations, sales tools, internal communications, social media, and landing pages.
• Translate creative direction into effective designs using layout, typography, colour, and visual hierarchy.
• Contribute ideas and solutions that support brand identity and business objectives.
• Maintain brand consistency and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and specs.
• Prepare pixel-perfect, production-ready files for multiple platforms and audiences.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, writers, and project managers to deliver projects.
• Manage tasks and deadlines, communicate progress, and flag issues early.
• Stay updated with design trends and tools to bring fresh ideas.
