Job summary

Lightspeed Commerce, Inc. is hiring a Graphic Designer for a permanent work-from-home role. You will shape our visual identity across campaigns, product marketing, and internal comms.

Collaborate with designers, marketers, writers, and PMs to deliver high-quality, on-brand assets for digital and print channels, from concept through final production. You'll translate direction into strong designs, maintain brand consistency, and produce production-ready files for multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in graphic design or related field with a focus on digital design.
• Strong portfolio showing design fundamentals and high-quality work.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Understanding of typography, layout, colour, composition and visual hierarchy.
• Strong written and spoken English skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality creative assets across digital and print channels, including campaigns, presentations, sales tools, internal communications, social media, and landing pages.
• Translate creative direction into effective designs using strong layout, typography, colour, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Contribute creative ideas and solutions that support brand identity and business objectives.
• Maintain brand consistency and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and technical specifications.
• Prepare pixel-perfect, production-ready files for a range of platforms, formats, and audiences.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, writers, and project managers to deliver creative projects.
• Manage tasks and deadlines, communicate progress, and proactively flag questions or potential challenges.
