Job summary

Lightspeed is seeking a talented Motion Designer (Permanent work from home) to join its in-house global brand team. You will help bring the Lightspeed brand to life through engaging motion content for internal and external projects, collaborating with creators and stakeholders worldwide.

You will develop storyboards, deliver high-quality motion content, and ensure brand consistency across channels. The role emphasizes creativity, collaboration, and flexible, remote work options.

Qualifications

• A strong portfolio showcasing creativity and high-quality work.
• Previous experience in motion design or video production.
• A positive, collaborative mindset and a yes, and approach to creative problem-solving.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• A strong eye for design and an interest in emerging creative trends.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging video content for social media, advertising, brand campaigns, product demos, events and more.
• Support the creative team with animation, motion graphics, audio selection, colour correction and video editing.
• Adapt and optimise video content for different channels and platforms.
• Develop storyboards to bring creative concepts to life from start to finish.
• Maintain brand consistency and high-quality standards across all motion content.
• Collaborate with content creators and key stakeholders to develop and deliver creative ideas.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and explore new creative opportunities.
• Manage project timelines and meet deadlines with guidance from the project manager.
