Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience in marketing/agency/in-house settings.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital design across formats and brands.
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience designing for digital channels (social, ads, email, web).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities

• Design a wide range of visual assets for social media, digital ads, emails, landing pages, presentations, and brand collateral.
• Interpret briefs and translate them into high-quality visual concepts aligned with brand guidelines.
• Maintain consistent brand identity across outputs.
• Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and video editors to produce integrated assets.
• Iterate designs based on feedback and performance data.
• Manage multiple design projects and deliver on time.
• Organize and maintain an asset library for team access.
• Stay current with design trends and platform best practices.
• Prepare files for digital and print production as required.
• Contribute creative ideas to campaigns.
