MicroSourcing is hiring a Training Specialist (Google Ads) to prepare new and existing staff for efficient, compliant digital advertising operations. You will deliver training, create materials, and partner with experts to translate processes into engaging learning experiences.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in Ad Operations and demonstrated experience delivering structured training, with strong English communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any field from an accredited institution.
• Two years hands-on Ad Operations experience including campaign setup/trafficking and QA.
• Experience delivering structured training or onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Deliver new-hire, refresher, remedial, and cross-training in Ad Operations.
• Collaborate with SMEs and team leads for platform-specific training.
• Translate workflows and client requirements into clear training content.
• Maintain training materials, SOPs, and records with version control.
• Administer knowledge checks, evaluations, and provide actionable feedback.
• Support nesting and early production with coaching and oversight.
• Track training outcomes and adapt curricula to improve results.
• Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders clearly.
