The role is fully remote and aligns with AU business hours, offering flexibility in time management for a contractor engagement. You will manage campaigns, conduct local keyword research, optimise for local search, and report on performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing Google Ads.
• Proven SEO experience with measurable results.
• Strong understanding of local SEO.
• Excellent written English.
• Experience using SEMrush or Ahrefs or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Remarketing).
• Conduct keyword research focused on high-converting, local intent search terms.
• Improve Quality Scores and reduce cost per lead.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust bids, budgets and targeting.
• Implement conversion tracking (calls, forms, website actions).
• A/B test ad copy and landing pages to improve performance.
• Provide weekly performance reports including: cost per lead, conversion rates, ROI, recommendations.
