Job summary

Twoconnect in the Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Officer to support day-to-day purchasing across local and international suppliers. You will manage POs, supplier follow-ups, delivery schedules, freight coordination and procurement records.

You’ll contribute to efficient supply chain operations by interpreting BOMs, coordinating with engineering teams, and ensuring materials are sourced accurately and on time. This role offers remote work from home and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or a similar role.
• Experience managing purchase orders from initial request through to delivery.
• Experience coordinating local and international suppliers.
• Experience managing supplier confirmations, ETAs, lead times and outstanding orders.
• Experience using an ERP, accounting, inventory or purchasing system.

Responsibilities

• Process purchasing requests from Engineering, Service, Sales, Stores and Operations.
• Raise accurate purchase orders and issue them to approved local and international suppliers.
• Obtain supplier confirmations, pricing, availability, lead times and ETAs.
• Monitor open purchase orders through to delivery and completion.
• Coordinate project procurement involving multiple components, suppliers and delivery timeframes.
• Monitor long lead-time and critical items against schedules.
• Support min/max inventory replenishment and overseas stock ordering.
• Act as a primary contact for suppliers across markets.
