Job summary

SupportYourApp, Inc. is seeking a Community Strategy & Operations Consultant to join our global, remote-friendly team. You will source, coordinate, and optimize creator projects, monitor performance, and collaborate across functions to keep operations smooth.

The role requires native Spanish and fluent English (C1), strong project management, and hands-on experience with Google Sheets. You will work autonomously with a home office setup and expect a fully remote, international environment.

Qualifications

• Native Spanish and excellent English communication (C1) required.
• Solution-oriented with strong project management skills.
• Experience handling data in Google Sheets (filters, formulas, pivot tables) required.
• Able to organize tasks, set priorities, and drive execution autonomously.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Own a personal laptop with reliable internet (min 50 Mbps down, 40 Mbps up).

Responsibilities

• Source, contact and activate creators for projects and missions.
• Monitor creator performance, follow up on missed requirements, and provide feedback or retraining.
• Coordinate projects and workflows, ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
• Handle operational issues and escalations by investigating and driving them to resolution.
• Collaborate with other agents and cross-functional teams to ensure effective operations.
• Proactively identify and address issues to keep projects and market operations running smoothly.
• Investigate fraud and risk cases, taking appropriate action when needed.
• Track operational performance and KPIs using Google Sheets and internal tools.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to process and operational improvements.
