Job summary

Global Hola is seeking a dedicated Community Engagement Specialist working remotely, aligned to Singapore Time. You will provide prompt, friendly support to community members across email, social media, and forums.

You will help organize educational programs and events for Business Events Strategists, create on-brand content, and collaborate with marketing to boost engagement while tracking metrics for improvement.

Qualifications

Proven experience in community engagement, customer support, or a related role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse individuals and organizations.
Knowledge of the business events industry and experience in event planning or coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

Act as a primary point of contact for our community members, providing exceptional support and responding to inquiries promptly.
Engage with community members through emails, social media, and online forums to foster connections.
Assist in organizing educational programs, conferences, and networking events for Business Events Strategists.
Create and disseminate educational resources, market intelligence, and industry insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing and communication strategies to promote offerings.
Monitor and analyze community engagement metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
Create content aligned with brand guidelines in coordination with events team and leadership.
