Job summary

Copeland in Quezon City, Philippines is seeking a General Ledger Analyst (Fixed Asset) to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records. You will perform bank reconciliations, balance sheet analyses, and fixed asset accounting while upholding internal controls and CP&P policies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field.
At least 2 years of work experience in general accounting, including GL, bank and balance sheet reconciliations, and fixed assets.
Strong knowledge of internal controls and GAAP.
Proficiency with ERP applications, especially Oracle and SAP.

Responsibilities

Perform bank reconciliation to protect the organization’s assets and verify cash transactions.
Reconcile and analyze balance sheet accounts, ensuring accuracy through source detail vouching and discrepancy resolution.
Generate reports and perform account analysis to correct mis-recordings before financial statements are finalized.
Collaborate with partners for critical financial deliverables and maintain audit trails of supporting documents.
Handle Fixed Asset Accounting including recognition, depreciation, transfers, retirement, and write-offs.
