Content Creators is seeking a Social and Community Manager (Gaming) to amplifiy a Roblox-centric platform and extend reach to Minecraft, Fortnite, and GTA titles. You’ll turn production into a social flywheel, with posts fueling shows and a vibrant Discord community driving engagement.

The role emphasizes Gen Z voice, creator coordination, and data-led iteration. This remote position serves players across the Philippines with a focus on safe, inclusive communities.

Qualifications

• Proven growth track record in gaming or entertainment with verifiable metrics.
• Native Roblox understanding plus broader gaming ecosystem knowledge.
• Strong fluency on TikTok and YouTube Shorts; familiarity with Snapchat and X.
• Deep Discord server experience including roles, bots, and community culture.
• Excellent written English in a Gen Z voice; fast, punchy copy.
• Comfort with scheduling software, analytics dashboards, and spreadsheets.
• Clean track record in safety-focused community moderation.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the multi-platform social calendar with 1–2 posts per day.
• Craft hooks and captions in an authentic Gen Z voice; brief hype editors.
• Coordinate drop-day distribution with creators and tagging guidelines.
• Host and moderate weekly creator office hours and premieres in Discord.
• Enforce safety, moderation, and age-appropriate guidelines.
• Publish weekly metrics on views, retention, growth, installs, and throughput.
