Job summary

Expedock is seeking a detail-oriented QA / Data Collection Engineer to join our remote team. You will run proprietary collection software, execute test plans, and document issues with clear reproduction steps.

The role requires a technical background in PC hardware, strong troubleshooting, and fluent written English for bug reporting via Slack. Full-time remote work from the Philippines with BYOD hardware expectations.

Qualifications

• Background in IT/CS or hands-on troubleshooting experience.
• Strong Windows PC hardware, GPU config, and basic networking.
• Fluent written English and clear bug reporting.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain QA software on BYOD hardware.
• Conduct structured test plans and exploratory QA during data collection.
• Identify, reproduce, and document bugs with logs and steps.
• Report findings in Slack with clear technical detail.
• Ensure test hardware matches fleet targets (e.g., RTX 3060, 1080p60).
• Provide concise feedback to client engineering teams.
