Qualifications
- Experience administering a donor CRM with data cleanup and reporting.
- Strong Power BI skills for dashboards and insights.
- Experience building automated donor communications and workflows.
- Excellent written English and digital communication abilities.
Responsibilities
- Donor CRM management: maintain records, gift histories, and engagement notes.
- Build dashboards and reports in Power BI to track fundraising results.
- Create automated donor workflows for thank yous, welcomes, and renewals.
- Draft acknowledgement letters and donor updates with AI-assisted content.
- Identify process improvements and automate repetitive fundraising tasks.
