Job summary

Palladium in Manila is seeking a proactive Fund Associate to support the Philippines Fund under UK PACT. The role focuses on programme coordination, stakeholder management, and grants support across energy, offshore wind, and carbon markets.

This fixed-term, full-time, remote position runs from November 2026 to March 2027 with potential extension. You will work under the Fund Manager to manage day-to-day activities, procurement, reporting, and coordination with IPs, EDs and partners.

Qualifications

• Strong programme coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting grants and partners across energy-focused portfolio.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day delivery and oversight of the fund’s portfolio.
• Assist procurement, selection, delivery and closure of activities (grants/EDs).
• Prepare and review reporting, budgets and risk documentation.
