Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer (Rails) to lead the development of robust web applications, owning the Rails backend and integrating it with modern frontend frameworks.

You will design scalable backends with Ruby on Rails and PostgreSQL, build dynamic frontends with React/TypeScript/Vue, implement tests with RSpec, and deploy on AWS while coordinating with cross-functional teams to turn complex requirements into production-ready software.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering experience in full-stack development.
• Strong Rails experience building web apps with PostgreSQL.
• Front-end skills in React, TypeScript, or Vue and modern UI patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend architectures using Ruby on Rails and PostgreSQL.
• Build dynamic frontends using React, TypeScript, or Vue.
• Implement comprehensive tests with RSpec to ensure reliability and code quality.
