BairesDev is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to design and build scalable web applications by combining robust backend logic with dynamic frontend interfaces. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to set technical standards and ensure high-performance execution across the stack.

What You’ll Do: lead design and development of complex applications using modern tech, establish architectural standards, build secure APIs, and optimize data handling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Full-Stack Engineering or software development.
• Strong Python backend development and API experience.
• Hands-on experience building web apps with React.
• Cloud deployment and AWS architecture expertise.
• Proficiency in SQL and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of complex, scalable web applications across backend and frontend.
• Establish architectural standards and drive system scalability and efficiency.
• Build and optimize secure RESTful APIs and backend services for data handling and integration.
• Create dynamic, responsive frontend interfaces with modern state management.
• Deploy and manage cloud-native solutions and automated delivery pipelines.
• Mentor teammates, participate in code reviews, and promote best engineering practices.
