Job summary

H.I. | Human Intelligence is seeking a hands-on Full-Stack Digital Marketer to own and execute marketing across the full customer journey from strategy to CRM, automation, analytics, and optimization.

The role requires comfort working across multiple channels, leveraging AI and modern tools to move quickly and improve results in a remote/global setting. This is a contract, execution-focused opportunity.

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on digital or growth marketing experience.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across paid, organic, email, social, and web.
Build and optimize landing pages, funnels, lead-generation campaigns, and conversion journeys.
Manage paid campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
Create and coordinate marketing content, including social posts, email campaigns, ads, and basic visual assets.
Manage CRM workflows, lead nurturing, segmentation, and marketing automation.
Use AI tools for research, content creation, campaign ideation, personalization, analysis, and workflow automation.
Track campaign performance and use data to continuously improve CAC, CPL, conversion rates, engagement, and ROI.
Run A/B tests across ads, landing pages, emails, and other campaign assets.
Collaborate with internal teams to turn business objectives into measurable marketing initiatives.
