Job summary

HedgeServ (Philippines) LLC – Manila Branch is seeking a Full-Stack Developer to build and maintain applications used by internal and external users. You will collaborate with QAs, application support, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth development and operations, working with Angular/NestJS/Node.js, MongoDB, Docker, AWS, Kubernetes, and ElasticSearch.

The role emphasizes developing frontend and backend features, writing tests, and turning business requirements into scalable software.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in modern front-end JS framework, preferably Angular.
• 2+ years server-side TypeScript (Node.js), preferably NestJS.
• Experience with MongoDB.
• Experience in writing unit tests.
• Experience with AWS is a plus.
• Good understanding of software design principles.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Work on a distributed team to create and maintain applications written in TypeScript.
• Write high-quality code with comprehensive, well-written tests.
• Develop both frontend and backend features.
• Collaborate across teams to develop APIs and integrate services.
• Understand the business requirements and turn them into software features.
• Participate in technical discussions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the existing software applications.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure the delivery of quality software.
