Job summary

Avyan Global is seeking a Junior Tech/Motion Designer to support the creation and adaptation of motion-based assets for shortform digital ads and social media campaigns. You will work on template-driven animation, AI-assisted media generation, and production support tasks such as rendering and initial quality checks.

Under the guidance of senior creatives, you will ensure timely delivery of accurate, brand-consistent outputs while maintaining project folders and asset libraries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Multimedia Arts/Animation/Graphic Design.
• 0–2 years of motion design, animation, or creative production experience.
• Proficiency in After Effects (required) with knowledge of expressions or JS is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted image/video generation tools is a plus.
• Experience with Google Sheets is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Adapt and produce motion assets using templates and brand guidelines.
• Generate AI-assisted images and video elements for motion content.
• Assist in rigging and modifying templates to expand usability.
• Handle basic rendering tasks including scheduling, export settings, and file organization.
• Perform first-level quality checks for timing, typography, and graphics.
