Penbrothers is seeking a Motion Graphic Artist to bring brands to life through dynamic, engaging content from home. You will stay trend-aware, explore AI tools, and translate insights into fresh creative ideas for our international client portfolio.

You’ll collaborate with designers, marketing, and stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and timely delivery. You’ll work on motion graphics, video content for social campaigns, product launches, and presentations, while managing multiple projects

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in motion graphics, animation, or related role.
• Fluency in English, strong communication skills.
• Strong portfolio with social-first content and short-form formats.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualise, design and produce engaging motion graphics and video content for social media and campaigns.
• Stay updated on trends across Instagram, TikTok and emerging channels.
• Experiment with AI-powered tools to enhance creativity and workflow.
• Proactively bring ideas for campaigns, products or stories through motion.
• Collaborate with designers and marketing to maintain brand consistency.
• Independently manage multiple projects with timelines and reviews.
• Own projects from brief to delivery and flag delays early.
• Maintain high quality in animation, typography, audio and exports.
• Keep learning about motion design and new technologies.
