Job summary

PsychPlus is seeking a Finance Analyst to support financial reporting, performance analysis, and operational decision-making across our growing network of clinics. This hands-on role focuses on consolidating financial and operational data, building structured financial models, preparing P&L reports, and delivering insights to leadership.

The ideal candidate thrives with large datasets, advanced Excel, and Power BI, and can communicate clearly in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Experience in Finance, FP&A, or similar analytical roles.
• Strong understanding of Profit and Loss reporting.
• Experience building financial models in Excel.
• Advanced Excel skills: Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS.
• Strong analytical and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work independently in remote environment.
• Availability to work full-time during U.S. Central Time (Houston).
• Experience supporting U.S.-based businesses or finance teams.
• Experience preparing management/MIS/executive dashboards.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Query, SQL, or similar tools.
• Experience in healthcare, multi-location operations, or service-based organizations.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, or operational reporting.
• Background in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, valuation, or similar analytics preferred.
• Experience in lending, retail banking, or consumer banking alone is not a strong fit.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate financial and operational data across clinics.
• Build and maintain financial models to support reporting and forecasting.
• Prepare clinic-level P&L reports and dashboards.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, and operations across locations.
• Create Excel reports and Power BI datasets for leadership.
• Identify trends and opportunities through financial analysis.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Billing, HR, and leadership.
